Usage and Deployment Instructions
Step 1: Go to Start and Search for SharePoint Migration tool and open it.

Step 2: Click on Sign in button to proceed next.

Step 3: Enter SharePoint Online Credentials.

Step 4: Choose a data source.

Here we are choosing SharePoint on-premises.
Step 5: Enter the URL of your SharePoint Server and Click Next.

Step 6: Enter login Credentials for your server and click Sign in.

Step 7: Choose a source document library and a destination document library and Click Add.

Step 8: Now Click on Migrate.

Step 9: It will take some time to migrate your data.

Step 10: Here is you migrated data.
